With the watchOS 4 software update Apple Watch got three new watch faces, one of which is Kaleidoscope watch face. Unlike the other two, you can customize the Kaleidoscopic watch face and create a totally unique look for it by using your own images. In this post we will show you how you can create a custom Kaleidoscope watch face on your Apple Watch.
Creating Kaleidoscope watch faces from your own images
Step 1: First of all launch the Photos app on your iPhone and find the image you want to create the Kaleidoscope watch faces from.
Step 2: Once you have found the image open it and tap on the share button from bottom left side of the screen.
Step 3: From the action bar (located at the bottom of the share sheet) scroll left until you find ‘Create Watch Face’ button.
Step 4: From the Choose Watch Face screen tap on ‘Kaleidoscope Watch Face’.
Step 5: On the next page you can select different styles and complications for you new watch face. Choose the styles you like.
Step 6: Once done tap on the ‘Add’ button.
At this point your new Watch face will be set as your Watch’s current watch face. You can rotate the digital crown to change the appearance of the watch face.
