Download iOS 15.3.1 IPSW

Apple has released iOS 15.3.1 and iPadOS 15.3.1 software update and it is now available for download. The update has been released just two weeks after the release of iOS 15.3 and while the company is already beta testing iOS 15.4 with developers.

Along side iOS 15.3.1 and iPadOS 15.3.1 Apple has also released macOS Monterey 12.2.1 and watchOS 8.4.2.

iOS 15.3.1 is a minor release that has been pushed with bug fixes and security fixes. According to change log the update fixes a bug that allowed maliciously crafted web content to perform arbitrary code execution. According to Apple the bug might already have been actively exploited to target iOS users. With iOS 15.3.1 Apple has fixed this bug.

In addition to fixing the security related bug, this release also fixes an issue that potentially caused Braille displays to stop responding.

The build number for this release 19D52. You can head over to Settings -> General -> Software Update in order to download the update.
